IPA interns get a quick and effective transition from academic to professional design with all the challenges and benefits of the working environment through their "Quick Start for Architects" internship program. It's been running for four years. The program includes software skills training, and architectural standards training, with a personal mentor, and a team. Over 90% of our interns become permanent members of the team after they finish the program.
