The residential complex Simeonovo Alleys is located in one of the most scenic places in Sofia - the Simeonovo district, cradled in the foothills of Vitosha mountain. The location allows the residents to live in complete harmony with nature. The complex consists of luxurious single-family houses, providing the highest standard of living. The architecture is a modern interpretation of the classical style, bearing the eternal spirit of time. The appearance of the homes is shaped with elegant and clean lines, enriched with classic shapes.
From the complex location, delightful views can be seen of both the mountain and the city, which is only a few minutes away. Simeonovo Alleys allows the modern human to lead a luxurious and peaceful life in nature without being limited by the city.
A guiding principle in the design concept is finding a balance between nature and contemporary architecture. Classical forms are eternal, just as nature is eternal in its existence. They are not interpreted through the detail of the decorative character of the style, but only through their contribution to the shaping of the structures.
As a result, we have several types of classic houses that convey a common architectural language. The facades are highlighted by tall floor-to-ceiling windows on both floors, ending in a simplified variation of a classic cornice. We chose high-quality facade materials which age beautifully over time.
The location accommodates 20 houses in five different interpretations.
It's the reason why the homes in the complex, in addition to the standard residential functions, have the opportunity to accommodate several other activities to ensure an even more fulfilling and luxurious life for their residents. Certain areas of the buildings remain untouched so that each owner can independently assess and integrate the function they need, like a fitness or spa center.
The richly landscaped common areas at Simeonovo Alleys create an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. The local greenery on the site has been preserved, integrated, and enhanced by planting additional trees. In the common areas, there are special zones for walking and relaxing to be used by the residents.
