The completion of Block C, realized in 2022 in the village of Ravno Pole, is another key step of the investor - "Panda" Cooperative in the development of one of the most modern warehouse bases in the region. The third logistics building, created again by IPA, aims to increase the efficiency and article capacity of the center.
With the newly built base, the total area of the warehouse reaches an impressive 21,154 sq.m., making it one of the largest in all of Southeast Europe.
The project includes a single-story warehouse, functionally divided into two areas, and a partial second level for administrative activities. Certified by the Bulgarian Investment Agency as Class A.
Architecture and design are subordinated to the main functions and are solved in clean, straight volumes. The choice of colors is dictated by the official colors of the company.
Block C has high energy efficiency and is equipped with a photovoltaic plant, thanks to which all processes are powered by renewable energy.
The only 2D OSR automated warehouse system of its kind in the Balkans has been implemented, allowing the simultaneous storage and removal of goods on one level. A racking system with inductive guidance storage equipment is part of the automated system. Additionally, there are 6 robots to increase productivity when it comes to the storage, collection, and shipment of goods.
