Royal Garden Residential Complex, honored with the prestigious "Building of the Year 2020" award, is continuing its prosperous development journey and is once again entrusted with IPA.
The development unfolds in three stages. The first phase, already housing satisfied residents, was completed in 2020. Currently, the second phase, featuring two residential buildings, is underway and expected to be completed by mid-2024. Implementation of the third stage began in January 2024, seamlessly continuing the architectural vision of the preceding phases. The last phase of Royal Garden is a harmonious continuation of the architectural vision of the previous phases, with its own radiance, combining natural earth tones with elegant accents, clean lines and the iconic for its architecture - loggias and bay windows.
The buildings stand tall with 8 floors each, offering convenient access to the residences through elegant and luxurious foyers reaching a remarkable height of 6 meters. Spread across the seven residential floors in both buildings are 168 apartments, varying from two-room to multi-room layouts, accessible through six distinct residential entrances. On the ground floor, you'll find service facilities alongside 41 single and double garages. Moreover, there will be an underground parking lot with 142 parking spaces, including 18 reserved for electric cars and equipped with charging stations.
On the upper floors of the buildings are located premium apartments with the signature Royal Garden extensive and unique private terraces, revealing stunning views of two of the hills of Plovdiv - Markovo Tepe and Bunardjik. Each of the apartments is designed with a vision for optimal comfort through a clear height of 2.80m, large windows and spacious living areas.
The overall architectural appearance of the buildings is complemented by a picturesque garden spread on an area of 2,600 square meters with places to relax and a play area for the small residents of the complex. Entrances and walkways are designed to provide easy access and connection to the surrounding spaces.
