"Lozen Tech Park" is another large-scale project of the "Lindner" group in Bulgaria, with which the investor strengthens its image as an innovator in residential and office projects.
"Office in the park, park in the office" is the motto followed by the client and the architects of IPA to bring to life an ambitious and visionary project. The project involves creating a new-generation business park with a radically different and innovative approach to the working environment, with lots of greenery and relaxing and recreational areas.
With the construction of the upcoming science and technology park, Lindner has set several main goals. Among them are the construction, management, and development of public infrastructure for the benefit of people and regions outside the capital; the creation of a new favorable business environment for the development of various activities related to the development and introduction of innovations; supporting the development of the information and high technology sector, as well as digital skills.
The park lies next to the "Residential Park Lozen", a residential complex developed in collaboration with IPA. This design seamlessly extends the well-conceived notion of blending work and home. Additionally, the project encompasses the establishment of an accessible link to the Ring Road, guaranteeing swift city access. The region's abundant natural resources, breathtaking mountain vistas, serenity, and tranquility all enhance the allure of the upcoming technology park.
The project will be implemented in several phases, starting with two buildings with offices and commercial areas, including a shop, restaurant, canteen, and cafes. It will also include underground parking and extensive green areas for walking and recreation.
