In autumn 2023, construction commenced on a German school and kindergarten within Lozen Park. This endeavor signifies the beginning of a long-term partnership with Uwekind International School. The German Lindner Group initially invested BGN 15 million in the project.
The upcoming educational complex will form a cornerstone of Campus Lozen Park, an esteemed project honored by the Minister of Innovation and Growth with a coveted Certificate of Investment Class A. This visionary endeavor is geared towards constructing an innovative educational infrastructure tailored to offer a diverse range of educational and non-formal learning opportunities, spanning culture, arts, languages, and sports. Situated amidst the tranquil beauty of municipal Lozen Park and nestled in close proximity to the majestic mountain, "Lindner" endeavors to create a secure and enriching environment that fosters the learning and development of children.
The educational complex, designed by IPA, will span three floors, housing both a kindergarten and a school accommodating primary, junior high, and high school levels of education. Within the facility, students will have access to an array of amenities. These include a well-equipped library center featuring an applied arts area, specialized classrooms for art, music, science, and technology, as well as conference rooms for collaborative endeavors. For communal use, the complex provides common spaces such as a dining area for meals, both a large and small gymnasium for physical activities, a theater workshop for creative endeavors, and a versatile multifunctional area that doubles as a performance hall for various events.
The yard is crafted to be a welcoming and practical area catering to the varied needs of its inhabitants. It will feature pathways, playgrounds suitable for all age groups, and an outdoor sports field. Furthermore, the project includes landscaping with the addition of tall trees, bushes, and flowers, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the communal space.
In line with modern sustainability standards, the project incorporates both underground and outdoor parking spaces, buffer parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and dedicated bicycle areas. Surrounding the campus will be walkways, playgrounds, an outdoor recreation area, and landscaped park spaces.
Nestled in the picturesque new district on the city outskirts, the residential area of "Lozen Park," the campus offers an idyllic learning environment blending natural beauty with opportunities for active participation in educational, cultural, and sports activities.
The Lozen Park Campus is set to launch operations, with the school opening its doors in the fall of 2025.
