Covering a total area of 14,000 square meters and an investment exceeding BGN 23 million, FANTASTICO's new retail complex is a significant addition to the company's portfolio. It promises to offer customers a wide range of services and amenities, following the concept of a modern shopping area resembling a retail park. This includes a FANTASTICO supermarket, fashion stores, a children's playground, and various additional services aimed at satisfying customer needs.
IPA has planned and organized the entire site to incorporate external entrances for all businesses, ensuring a diverse array of services. With a total of 4,707.30 square meters, the complex is more than just a shopping destination—it promises to deliver a complete shopping experience for visitors.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the complex will feature its own photovoltaic system for generating green energy. Furthermore, it will boast a spacious parking lot complete with charging stations for electric cars, a children's playground, and lush green areas, providing an eco-friendly and family-friendly environment for visitors.
The new retail complex of FANTASTICO is set to generate around 100 new job opportunities, thus making a valuable contribution to the growth of the local economy.
FANTASTICO presently holds 45 supermarkets across Sofia, Bankya, Pernik, Botevgrad, Elin Pelin, and Kyustendil. This new endeavor reflects FANTASTICO's commitment to its customers and its continuous efforts to deliver top-quality services.
