1HOME is a multi-family residential building with a modern urban vision, designed by IPA architects. The investor behind this ambitious project is Green Life, a leading real estate investment company with 25 years of experience in urban and holiday properties.
The building is situated on a spacious plot, occupying only a quarter of its area. The rest is designed as an inner courtyard, offering a park environment with walking paths, flower gardens, and children’s playgrounds.
1HOME consists of 5 residential sections, each with a separate entrance and 15 floors, offering panoramic views of Vitosha Mountain and the city of Sofia. The ground level hosts amenities such as a café, shops, a children's center, fitness and technical rooms, and apartments with spacious terraces overlooking the courtyard.
The building offers a variety of two- and three-room apartments with regular shapes and high ceilings, providing extra space and natural light. Each apartment has its own terrace and storage room. The interior designs offer different layouts, allowing residents to customize their living spaces according to their individual style and preferences.
Parking at 1HOME is facilitated by two levels of underground parking accessed via two two-lane ramps. Ground-level parking is also available, making access easier for visitors.
