Training
Our annual training program helps everyone develop skills and knowledge in the field. Programs focus on technical, software, and soft skills, taking into account participants' individual needs.
Knowledge sharing
Everyone on the team shares knowledge and experience every day. Knowledge management includes internal pieces of training, knowledge sharing from training or personal experience, a network for transferring knowledge to newcomers, and storage of information materials. In IPA, we regularly hold Case Studies, where colleagues exchange successful examples and challenges.
