Sparkling prosecco served by a flying bartender. With this impressive gesture, the first homeowners of River Park were welcomed at a special opening party to celebrate the beginning of their lives in the complex.
Children and adults enjoyed the event program. Magical animators created soap bubbles all day for exciting children. The bouncy castle swayed under the weight of little feet. In the drawing corner, each child came out with a unique face - a superhero or their favorite animal, ready to jump into their new River Park home.
Fine cocktails were planned for the parents, Gelato & Latte offered special ice cream with the “River Park” flavor, and Skapto joined in with their mouth-watering burgers to suit everyone's taste.
New-home residents and their friends were welcomed by the completed 110 houses from the complex's first construction phase, some of which are already furnished and ready for living. During the event, guests enjoyed the fresh air and the beautifully landscaped avenues, recreation, and sports areas, which occupy over 80% of the complex's territory.
The IPA team thanks the investors for their trust. We believe that together we have pioneered the River Park community and created a true dream home - between the mountains and the city.
