On Februari 20, 2024, River Park, recognized as one of Sofia's most ambitious residential complexes, commenced its newest phase with a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony at Alley 5. This event marks a substantial milestone in the ongoing development journey of the complex.
The Alley 5 will include 13 buildings with 42 residential units in total. Among them, there will be 37 row houses, 2 twin houses and 3 single family houses. The variety of homes is designed to meet the different needs and preferences of future residents in the complex.
The complex's construction is planned to span about 5 years, divided into three stages. Currently, the first stage has been completed, feauturing 39 buildings with 110 residential units. This phase also included the construction of the main access to the complex and visitor parking lots.
The complex will consist of 352 houses situated on 215 000 square meter plot, accompanied by the development of necessary infrastructure and the establishment of a park-like atmosphere. River Park's vision for open spaces aims to forge connection between the complex, the city, and the surrounding mountains. The architects at IPA aspire to provide residents with the best of both worls: a modern urban residence surrounded by the beauty of nature.
