At a gala ceremony held at the IEC - Inter Expo Center, this year's awards were presented to the standout winners.
Two projects from IPA distinguished themselves and were awarded prestigious prizes.
GORA Restaurant claimed the First Prize in the "Public Interior, Restaurant" category.
GORA shines as one of Sofia’s most charming spots. Set within the multifunctional complex GORA (Green Office and Residential Area), it is an integral part of one of the city’s greenest and most technologically advanced developments, which also includes residential buildings. Combining top-notch service, contemporary design, and attention to details, the restaurant offers refined cuisine and a unique gourmet experience to its guests. Gora goes beyond just a dining spot, it also serves as a dynamic social hub within the complex, fostering connections and shared enjoyment among its community members.
Apartment R2 was awarded the Third Prize in the "Residential Interior, Apartment, over 60 sqm" category.
The project features a maisonette situated in one of the four buildings within the GORA residential complex. The apartment spans a total area of 175 squares meters. This project is distinguished by its innovation and functionality, offering its owners a unique living space that is both modern and practical.
