As the most significant competition in the realm of architecture, investment, and construction in Bulgaria, the event brings together industry leaders and innovators to celebrate outstanding achievements.

The high-tech production complex stands out for its elegant combination of engineering achievements and creative design. Residential Park Lozen Project undertaken by Lindner Group in Bulgaria has been honored with а "Residential Environment and Functional Mix" Award in the category of "Residential complexes of single-family homes". The complex is large-scale and visionary, characterized by innovative thinking, a comprehensive concept, and careful planning with attention to every detail, prioritizing the requirements, comfort, and quality of life of the residents.
Veliko Tarnovo Business Center, the multi-functional office building designed to foster business development in the region, has received the award for its contribution to the region's growth. BCVT marks a new era in creating a work environment for the entire district around Veliko Tarnovo. The project skillfully combines a diverse range of functionality, uncompromising comfort, and sustainable solutions, setting new standards in the construction and management of business spaces.
