On December 17th, during a gala evening at Sofia Event Center, the organizer The City Media Group presented the awards in Bulgaria's most prestigious competition for architecture, investment, and construction. The event was hels under the patronage of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.

Here are the award-winning projects:
FANTASTICO's new warehouse has been awarded First Prize in the "Logistics Buildings" category. The expansion of FANTASTICO’s logistics center near Elin Pelin spans over 16,000 sq m of built-up area and is a key component in the company’s strategic growth. The facility includes new storage spaces designed for goods that require temperature-controlled environments. Each zone is customized to meet the specific needs of different product categories, ensuring optimal conditions for preserving freshness. The warehouse features six distinct temperature regimes, ranging from +12°C to -24°C.

BOYANA SENSES has been awarded First Prize in the Residential Buildings from 2,000 to 5,000 sqm category. This residential complex is inspired by the vision of achieving a perfect balance between modern architecture and the natural beauty of its surroundings. With a minimalist design, BOYANA SENSIS offers 27 one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments, each with its own unique size and character, providing a distinctive living experience that blends luxury and nature.

VIDIN PLAZA has received the Award for Retail Park in the "Commercial Buildings and Retail Parks" category. As the first retail park and largest retail space in Northwestern Bulgaria, this landmark project is reshaping the city’s commercial infrastructure and boosting the economic and social development of the entire region. Covering 46,950 sq m, with 16,080 sq m dedicated to commercial and warehouse space, VIDIN PLAZA revives the city’s legacy as an important economic center, offering a modern and welcoming environment for both local residents and visitors.

HILTON HOTEL has won an Award for City Hotel in the "Hotels and Hotel Infrastructure" category. The extensive renovation of this iconic building in the heart of the capital involved reshaping the volumes and enhancing the surrounding park environment. The newly renovated spaces offer guests a tranquil and refined atmosphere, blending comfort with elegance. The design follows the principles of "green architecture", focusing on functionality, aesthetics, efficiency, and sustainability.

CT PARK SOFIA WEST was awarded a Green Logistics Building Award in the "Green Buildings" category. Sow2, the second warehouse building of CTPark Sofia West, is designed with an emphasis on efficiency and flexibility. With a clear height of 12 meters, a floor load capacity of 5 tons and inter-column distances of 12x24 meters, the building offers an optimal solution for businesses looking for efficiency in racking in height and flexibility for production processes using assembly lines.
Investor: CTP Invest 
BG LINE was awarded a Special Prize in the Logistics Buildings category. The new logistics base of BG LINE is a modern and functional facility that seamlessly integrates warehousing and administrative functions, designed to meet the company’s growing needs. One of the key features of the base is its underground parking lot, situated beneath the warehouse, providing added convenience for both employees and suppliers. A standout aspect of the design is its flexibility, with part of the base configured to allow for rental by external companies.
Investor: Sweet Life 1995 EOOD
1HOME was awarded the Functional Concept Award in the category Residential Buildings over 20,000 sqm. This residential complex is located on a plot of over 7.5 acres, with only 25% of the land built up. The remaining 5+ acres have been transformed into a lush internal park, featuring rich landscaping, gardens, and walking paths, bringing nature into the heart of the city. The complex consists of 5 residential sections, each with 15 floors and a separate entrance, offering a harmonious living environment.
