Training
Our annual training program helps everyone develop skills and knowledge in the field. Programs focus on technical, software, and soft skills, taking into account participants' individual needs.
 

Knowledge sharing
Everyone on the team shares knowledge and experience every day. Knowledge management includes internal pieces of training, knowledge sharing from training or personal experience, a network for transferring knowledge to newcomers, and storage of information materials. In IPA, we regularly hold Case Studies, where colleagues exchange successful examples and challenges. 

The extra mile walk
Every time someone walks the extra mile to help a coworker, improve product quality, or contribute to a worthy cause, we support and encourage them.

IPA interns get a quick and effective transition from academic to professional design with all the challenges and benefits of the working environment through their "Quick Start for Architects" internship program. It's been running for four years. The program includes software skills training, and architectural standards training, with a personal mentor, and a team. Over 90% of our interns become permanent members of the team after they finish the program.

Working and having fun come hand in hand at IPA.

Since there are so many of us, we always have reasons to get together and celebrate birthdays, name days, and various holidays. We organize fun parties and team-building events with a lot of joy.

IPA presents its projects at major national and international forums. We encourage our colleagues to present their work and successes to a wide audience and to share the experience and knowledge they've acquired in the company with everyone. Our team has received more than 30 architectural awards, which are a testament to our dedication to work.
