These activities cover the preparation of notifications for the preparation of a plan/program, requests for assessing the need to carry out an environmental assessment and issuing an opinion, preparation of notifications for an investment proposal, procedure for assessing the need to carry out an EIA, preparation of procurement documentation with permits for water abstraction from underground water through water abstraction facilities (drilling) and for discharge of wastewater.
Our expertise also covers the preparation of documentation to assess the compatibility of plans, programs, or investment proposals with the objectives of protecting the protected area. This is according to the Biodiversity Act.
