IPA has fully integrated BIM standards thanks to our professional and innovative BIM team. As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models, verifying accuracy, and collaborating with project teams.
ROLE FOCUS:
• Creating BIM architectural models in compliance with all company BIM standards
• Complying with the approved BIM project strategy and specific BIM project requirements
• Maintaining BIM models to ensure flawless and optimized workflow
• Identifying and resolving model related issues promptly
• Providing support and guidance to colleagues on BIM related problems
• Participating in design reviews with the project team
• Implementing designer’s comments and remarks on project documentation and 3D models
• Supporting the implementation of BIM into company workflows
• Ensuring consistent application of established BIM standards across all projects
• Developing company libraries by creating parametric family content
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Good knowledge in creating parametric Autodesk Revit families
• Experience in producing models and drawing packages from concept to completion
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to prioritize workload according to deadlines
