The founder of the studio, architect Ivo Petrov, is famous for taking part in the design of distinguished buildings like the Pleven Epopee Panorama, the Dramatic Theater and the Museum Complex in Pleven. He has designed a student town in Zimbabwe and a residential building in New Jersey, USA. After the returning from USA Ivo Petrov joined in a competition for four Bank buildings and won three of them.
The Company has designed the administration buildings of Agropolychim in Devnya, Glavbolgarstroy in Pleven (Gloria Palace), the showrooms of Porsche - Bulgaria: Volkswagen in Sofia, Audi in Sofia, Audi in Plovdiv, residential complexes in Sofia, Varna and Bankya, hotels in Varna and Bansko, residential buildings in Boyana, Simeonovo, Dragalevtsi, Bistritsa and more than 600 sites throughout Bulgaria. During the last year Ivo Petrov - Architects Design Company elaborated series of projects financed by the European funds and continues improving it's work in their specificity.
The team is now working on a hotel complex "Teleferik" in Poiana-Brashov (Romania), residential complex "Karia Beach" and congress centre "Serdika" ("Inspiral center").
