Ivo Petrov - Architects Design Company won a competition launched by the municipality of Svishtov for the project "Nove - The Heart of the legion", receiving the right to compete for funding under the Operational Program "Regional Development". Svishtov Municipality intends to realize a tourist center of national importance on the archaeological basis of the late ancient city of Nove.

The Executive Director of Megatron - Iftah Shaham, together with the Mayor of Pleven - Nayden Zelenogorski, and the Mayor of Yasen village - Todor Dimitrov, cut off the tape for the newly constructed building.
The Megatron facility is situated on the access road to the city of Sofia, by the village of Yasen, district of the town of Pleven. The complex was accomplished within a year and a half, under the design of Ivo Petrov Architects, with Architect Ivo Petrov as a Design Manager.
The building comprises an exhibition hall with a shop, storage premises, service hall and an administrative unit in the northwest part of the estate. It is designed as two visually separated volumes. Parking places are ensured both for the customers in the area - in front of the exhibition hall, and for the staff of the complex - near the service hall.
